November 2003 CASE AGAINST AMIGOS DISMISSED BY SIGNAL Released Amigos and its members from all of the claims made by it in the arbitration action. This ended a long and tortured battle initiated by Signal following the participation of Amigos in a November 2000 Coastal Commission hearing on the County’s proposed Local Coastal Program (LCP) for Bolsa Chica.
